Our community outreach programs help improve the lives of vulnerable families in our community by providing groceries and financial assistance. The community outreach programs are designed to help our neighbors maintain their housing and avoid homelessness.
The Food Pantry is open Monday – Thursday from 9am – 1pm. Food donations can be dropped off Monday – Friday from 9am –3:30pm.
Mobile Food Pantry on the 2nd Friday of each month from 11am – noon at The Expedition Church—200 Justice Center Road, Canon City, CO 81212.
Senior Food Boxes for those over 60 are distributed on the 3rd Friday of each month from 11am – 2pm. Registration is required, please call 719.275.0593 for details.

Daytime Showers are available for individuals who are experiencing homelessness who are not staying in a shelter. Showers are open Monday and Friday from 9am – 12:30pm. Towels and personal hygiene items are available.
Grab-and-Go Hot Meals are served every day and open to anyone who is hungry. Breakfast is served at 6am and supper is served at 6pm.
Street Outreach is conducted at least twice a week. The services provided are designed to engage and build relationships with people experiencing homelessness who may be disconnected and alienated not only from mainstream services and supports, but from the services targeting homeless persons.
