Journey Home is our 30-unit supportive–housing complex for individuals and families who were previously homeless.
Journey Home offers various supports designed to help tenants connect with services needed to stabilize their circumstances while building community through social and recreational activities that promote healthy living and relationships.
When people are in their own homes and feel safe, they’re able to access other social services to improve their lives. Supportive housing allows residents to live independently, while getting the treatment they need to heal and transform their lives.
